Lumberjack Candle
In the heart of the dense forest, where the scent of pine dances with the crisp air, there lives a rugged lumberjack. His days are spent amidst towering trees, the echo of his axe ringing through the woodland, and the aroma of freshly cut timber enveloping his world. But when the dusk settles and the weary sun dips below the horizon, he seeks solace in the flickering glow of his cabin.
Imagine stepping into his sanctuary, where the warmth of the hearth beckons and the air is thick with the essence of his adventures. This is where the Lumberjack Candle finds its story.
As you ignite the flame, the top notes of cinnamon and clove unfurl, reminiscent of the comforting spices he sprinkles on his hearty stew, a taste of home in the wilderness. Yet, as the scent deepens, hints of jasmine and thyme emerge, a delicate echo of the wildflowers that bloom in hidden clearings, kissed by the morning dew.
But this candle is more than just a fragrance; it's a journey through the layers of the forest. The base notes of sandalwood and patchouli ground you, like the sturdy roots of ancient trees, while fir needle and spearmint carry you higher, through the canopy to where the stars peek through the branches.
In the midst of it all, sage leaf and rosewood whisper tales of the secrets hidden within the forest's heart, their fragrance weaving through the air like threads of a forgotten legend. And finally, as the flame dwindles, cedarwood and amber wrap around you like a well-worn flannel, the scent of a lumberjack's cabin after a long day's work.
This isn't just a candle; it's an invitation to embrace the spirit of the wilderness, to connect with the rugged soul of the lumberjack who calls it home. So, light the way and let the Lumberjack Candle guide you on your own journey through the untamed expanse of nature.

A great candle experience begins with proper candle care and maintenance. Here are some important burning tips for enjoying your Little Black Duck candle:
1. Preventing memory rings.
Believe it or not, candles have a memory and the very first time you burn your new candle is the most important. Ensure you burn your candle long enough to completely melt the entire top surface of your candle. If the wax is not allowed to liquefy or to melt from edge to edge of the container, it will create a “memory ring,”. Once a candle has this “memory ring,” it will continue to tunnel and to burn that way for the life of the candle. And no one wants that!
2. Trim your wick.
Before lighting, always trim the wick to 6mm and remove any wick debris as this encourages an even burn.
3. Be safe.
Always burn your candle on a heat resistant surface, keep it out of drafts and NEVER leave it unattended while lit. Always burn candles well away from other heat sources, and anything flammable. Make sure burning candles are out of reach of children and pets.
4. Goodbye is the hardest word.
KNOW WHEN TO SAY GOODBYE. When only 1/2" of wax remains, it's time to let your candle go. Discontinue use of a candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. This will prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface or container itself. The glass can get hot on the bottom as the flame nears the base of the jar and most of the wax has been consumed. By following this instruction, the glass will not get too hot.
5. Know your limit.
Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. It is recommended that after burning for four hours, candles be extinguished, allowed to cool for two hours, and trimmed before relighting.
