PLEASE NOTE: ALL WORKSHOPS DURING DECEMBER WILL BE HELD IN THE LITTLE BLACK DUCK POP UP SHOP ON BAYLIS STREET (2 DOORS UP FROM COFFEE CLUB) Enjoy 2 hours of fun and creativity as you dive into the world of candle making with the Aboriginal woman behind the brand Little Black Duck, Ashleigh Pengelly. Through this workshop you will discover the native flora that inspires Little Black Duck's Quintessentially Australian range of candles and the plants used for millennia by Aboriginal people as well as embarking on your own chandler journey to create a signature scent all of your own. In this workshop you will make: - 1 x 450ml Limited Edition Vessel Candle - 2 x 170gms Travel Tin Soy Candles - 2 x Wax Melts Included in the workshop price, guests are treated to light refreshments celebrating native ingredients as well as a native inspired beverage on arrival. Knowledge required - Beginner-friendly What you'll get - Guidance and tips from a candle making expert - All materials and tools provided - 3 candles and 2 wax melts to keep for yourself or share with your loved ones! What to bring - Just bring yourself - Fun, ready to try anything attitude - Aprons are provided. Suitable for - This class is great for a fun day with friends, team building activity, birthday party or to learn a new hobby. This workshop runs in an 'on-demand' basis and requires a minimum of 5 participants to go ahead. If numbers are not met, i will reach out to you via phone to refund or reschedule. If you would like to arrange a group booking please get in touch by emailing ash@littleblackduckaus.com to arrange a suitable date that will then be opened on the website for your guests to book. PLEASE NOTE: - There may be times where you will need to leave your candles to set at the studio and arrange a later date for pickup. - This is a hobby class. A masterclass is coming soon where participants can learn the ins and outs of candle making including my favourite suppliers, materials etc. You can register your interest for the masterclass on the workshop listings page. - Given that most workshops fall on a weekend or evening and require significant planning and scheduling, bookings will not be accepted within 48 hours of the workshop date.

Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. However, our workshops require careful preparation and limited availability, so we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: - For a full refund: Please notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before the workshop date. - For a partial refund or rescheduling: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop date may be eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. 2. No-shows and Late Arrivals: - Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for participants who do not show up on the workshop day without prior notice. - If you will be a late arrival for the workshop, please notify me asap. 3. Minimum Enrollment Requirement: - In the event that the workshop has not reached the minimum required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. If this occurs, we will provide you with a full refund or offer the option to transfer your reservation to the next available workshop. 4. Workshop Changes: - While rare, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to the workshop schedule, location, or content. If such changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a full refund if necessary. 5. Refunds and Processing Time: - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. - Please note that processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. 6. Cancellation Request Procedure: - To cancel your workshop reservation, please contact us via email or phone, providing your name, workshop date, and order details. We genuinely value your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our workshops while accommodating the needs of all participants.
